Mr. Ferrero Rocher has a fondness for citrus flavored desserts. This is one of his favorites.
Lemon Pudding Dessert
1 cup cold butter
2 cups flour
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8oz. carton cool whip
3 cups cold milk
2 pkg. lemon pudding mix
Cut butter into flour until crumbly. Press into ungreased 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. let cool. In a mixing bowl cream sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in 1 cup cool whip. Spread over crust. In another bowl beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Carefully spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.

oh I love lemon flavoured everything… i make my own lemonade… lemon slice, lemon curd slice..
yum I want to try this.. we dont have cool whip in australia (to my dismay! – I gained 3 kgs in the states eating that stuff!!) and I am not sure if we have lemon flavoured pudding – but I will check!! we have vanilla and choc.. so maybe we have lemon, but dont think I have seen it
