These pillow covers are the result of wanting to add little pops of color to our living room.
They didn’t cost anything as I used fabric I already had on hand. I just measured the throw pillows we had for our couch and made new covers to go over them.
The colors are cheerful and bright and bring a smile to my face – even when the whether outside is blowing snow.

My simple pleasure is knowing that, while my boys are all out camping with Scouts this weekend, the girls will have special time with me. Then, my girlfriends are coming over Saturday evening for music, girl talk and fabric cutting. We’re going to get our project piles prepped for Spring sewing! Wishing you could join us!

I’m trying out new pillows… Maybe someday I’ll actually put them out on the couch.
{here in Florida we actually have two growning seasons… Feb.-june and september -November…. Now I just need to learn not to kill things. :)}
