Just as it took forever to decide on a name for Gideon I am having a hard time deciding between two chocolate names to use as his alias on the blog. Help me decide!
Goober: Chocolate covered peanuts – one of my favorite snacks!
Ganache: A smooth creamy filling or coating depending on the ratio of heavy cream and chocolate. We use ganache as the base for our hot chocolate.

I think Goober is a great code name for a boy, but Ganache seems to be more in line with the other names.

Goober sounds like a booger to me. That was my first thought when I read it. Ganache made my mouth water.

We used to tease my brother for eating his “goobers”, only they came out of his NOSE! 🙂 (and they weren’t chocolate covered!)

i was going to vote ganache first, because I definitely prefer it, but Goober was such a cute name. I think mine is going to lost, if you go strictly by the votes. 🙂
This is a no-brainer: Ganache, of course!!
Me and DC vote for Ganache! You could even pronounce it like it’s Spanish instead of French, like my sister Becky does. 🙂
