We had a wonderful Christmas! The two oldest are back for a couple of weeks break between semesters. If you haven’t noticed I’ve stayed away from the blog to enjoy more time with the family. Today I’m documenting our annual gingerbread house making party. We look forward to it every year!

So fun! I finally posted pictures of our gingerbread house decorating, too. We had about 13 house decorators this year, so it was loud, messy, and hilarious. Your recipe for the houses works every single time! This was the third year I made each child a house of their own, and I am happy to have taken the time to do so.
The older boys (Classic Rock and a friend) were really funny as they decorated their theme houses. One was a Hobbit house and the other a Star Wars masterpiece….complete with gingerbread man Chubacca.
