During the women’s session of General Conference President Nelson invited the women to help gather Israel by doing four things: participate in a 10 day social media fast, read the Book of Mormon by the end of the year, establish a pattern of regular temple attendance, and to participate fully in Relief Society.
I quickly created a reading chart to have the Book of Mormon read by the end of the year. Now that I had a little more time to spend on creating a prettier chart I added the three other areas President Nelson invited us to work on.
I love that he invited, not challenged or told or even asked. We have the agency to choose to accept the invitation from our prophet or not.
Four Invitations
The Book of Mormon reading chart still contains the same 80 day schedule as the other chart I created. President Nelson also encouraged us, “As you read, I would encourage you to mark each verse that speaks of or refers to the Savior. Then, be intentional about talking of Christ, rejoicing in Christ, and preaching of Christ with your families and friends. You and they will be drawn closer to the Savior through this process. And changes, even miracles, will begin to happen.” I don’t know about you but I could always use more miracles in my life!
Although a time frame was given to read the Book of Mormon, no time frame was given for the social media fast. Instead we were invited to “participate in a 10-day fast from social media and from any other media that bring negative and impure thoughts to your mind. Pray to know which influences to remove during your fast.” We were also encouraged to record and follow through with each impression we receive.
Attending the temple regularly is easier for some than others. The Reno Temple is the closest one to me and its three hours away. But I can still attend more than I do. I can also study more about temples from the scriptures and words of modern day prophets. As President Nelson invited, “Seek to know more, to understand more, to feel more about temples than you ever have before.”
Lastly, President Nelson invited those who are of age to participate more fully in Relief Society. He urged us to study the current Relief Society purpose statement. He also invited the women to savor the truths in the Relief Society declaration saying, “It describes who you are and who the Lord needs you to be at this precise time as you do your part to help gather scattered Israel.”
I hope this tracking sheet will help you in your endeavors to help gather Israel. Please feel free to share it far and wide!
“My dear sisters, we need you! We “need your strength, your conversion, your conviction, your ability to lead, your wisdom, and your voices.” We simply cannot gather Israel without you.”

It’s beautiful-but I’m having trouble printing it. Could it be Adobe?
Montserrat {Cranial Hiccups} says
It is an Adobe pdf file. Maybe try clicking on the image in the post. Then right click and save the image. Print the image instead of the pdf file. Hopefully that will work.
