Joseph’s aunt and uncle were having a family reunion with their children and grandchildren in Lake Tahoe. Several of their daughters and their families stopped at the farm on their way to Tahoe from Utah. So we essentially had our own “mini” family reunion with them. It was so much fun!
Taking a break from trying out the hay barn swing. It’s attached to the ceiling of the hay barn and you can start on any of the tiered bales depending on how high you want to go. This is only half the kids!
Sara and Brigham got to stop and visit too! You can’t tell in the photos but she is 7 months pregnant.
Everyone gathered at our house for dinner. I should have counted how many kids there were under the age of 17. There were so many running around having a blast playing and eating.
Not pictured were the countless tractor rides and visiting the various farm animals.
The sisters-in-law and the cousins. Sara and Rachel are in the back on the left. Their sister, Angela, is in the back on the right. These beautiful women come from a family of eleven children. The first five were girls. Then there were five boys in a row. And, finally, #11 was another girl! Now they are all married with children of their own.
With all the spouses. It was so great to visit and interact with everyone!
